Eligibility Checklist
Before submitting a referral, please ensure:
✔ The situation is crisis-based and immediate
✔ The request is for immediate essential support only
✔ The client has limited or no access to basic items
✔ The referral is not for ongoing or preventative support
✔ The request aligns with Tots2Teens’ service scope and item limitations
Referrals that do not meet these criteria may be redirected to more appropriate services (see further down the page for a list of support services).
Important Information for Referrers
All services are delivered using a trauma-informed, child-centred approach
Support is subject to availability, safety, and capacity
Submission of a referral does not guarantee assistance

For requests that fall outside the scope of Tots2Teens’ crisis support service, the following local community resources may be able to assist with non-crisis or ongoing needs.
