🎁 What We Provide

At Tots2Teens, we offer:-

πŸ•ŠοΈ The Nest

“The Nest”, is a trauma-informed, client-led initiative for individuals and families escaping domestic violence.

“The Nest” provides a safe, calm, and respectful environment where clients can choose their own essential items β€” including new clothing, toiletries, toys, and baby care products. By offering choice, we help restore a sense of dignity, autonomy, and control at a time when these can feel lost.

Unlike traditional, standardised care packs, “The Nest” takes a personalised approach, meeting people where they are and supporting emotional regulation during a highly vulnerable time. Every element of the service is designed to reduce trauma, not compound it.

“The Nest” empowers families with the practical support they need β€” delivered with the compassion and respect they deserve.s to support children, young people, and families experiencing crisis.

Our items are new, age-appropriate, gender-neutral, and designed to support emotional regulation during difficult times.

🌟 The Resilience Program

Our Resilience Program is designed to support children and young people experiencing trauma during emergencies or difficult situations.

What it is:
A trauma-informed care pack containing carefully selected items to:

  • 🎯 Distract and comfort during stressful moments
  • 🀝 Build positive connections between young people and first responders
  • 🌱 Promote healthy coping strategies and emotional regulation

Why it matters:
Traumatic experiences can have lasting effects on a child’s mental health and development. Our Resilience Packs offer age-appropriate, gender-neutral tools to help reduce trauma responses and create positive memories.

How it works:

  • Packs are tailored to be age and stage appropriate
  • Items are compact to fit emergency vehicles easily
  • Designed to help the nervous system return to a calm, regulated state
  • Encourage choice and engagement to empower the young person

By providing these packs, we aim to soften the impact of crisis and foster trust and safety between children and first responders.
